Questions and answers
How do I create a farmer account?
Tap "Get Started", choose Farmer and complete your profile with your farm location, phone number and bank details. Then read and sign the farmer agreement. Signing up is free.
How do I list my products?
From your dashboard, go to Products and tap "Add product". Add the name, category, photos, price per unit, the quantity you have and when it was harvested. Your listing goes live straight away.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing is free, with no subscriptions. When you sell, AgroCourt keeps 15% of the price of your items and you keep 85%. You don't pay for delivery; the buyer does.
How long do I have to accept an order?
15 minutes between 7 AM and 8 PM (Lagos time). Orders paid overnight must be accepted by 7:15 AM. Turn on auto-accept and every paid order is accepted for you. If you decline or the time runs out, the order is cancelled and the buyer gets their money back as store credit.
When and how do I get paid?
Your share is held while the order is on its way and clears 2 hours after delivery. Your balance goes to your bank every evening at 9 PM, free, or you can withdraw instantly any time for ₦50. To be paid the moment an order is delivered, use "Get paid now" for 1% (at most ₦3,000).
What happens if a buyer reports a problem?
Buyers have 2 hours after delivery to report spoiled, short or wrong items, with photos. While a report is open, your share for that order is held. If AgroCourt approves a refund, it comes from your share for that order; damage in transit is charged to the rider instead.
What does it cost?
Shoppers join free and pay the farm's price, the delivery fee and a 6% service fee (at least ₦150, at most ₦3,500), all shown before you pay. Wholesale buyers also need a membership: ₦3,500 a month or ₦37,800 a year.
How does the wholesale membership work?
It's prepaid by bank transfer and never renews by itself. We email you 3 days and 1 day before yours ends, and you can renew in the last 7 days without losing any days.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer from any Nigerian bank app or USSD. At checkout you get a one-time account for the exact amount; it's valid for 25 minutes and we confirm your payment automatically, usually within a minute. You can also pay with store credit.
How are delivery fees worked out?
For shoppers, the fee depends on distance and how much you're ordering, and it's shown at checkout. For wholesale orders, delivery partners bid once the farm accepts; you pick one and pay its fee plus a 2% processing charge (at most ₦2,500).
What is the delivery PIN?
Every order has a 4-digit PIN in My Orders. Only give it to the rider once you have your order: entering it is what marks the order delivered.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Report it from My Orders within 2 hours of delivery (1 hour for damage in transit), with photos. If we approve it, the refund goes to your store credit, which you can spend on your next order.
What if the farm can't fill my order?
If the farm declines or doesn't accept in time, the order is cancelled and everything you paid, including any store credit you used, goes back to your store credit straight away.
How do I become a delivery partner?
Apply online with a government-issued ID, proof of address, your vehicle registration and, if you have one, your business registration certificate. Our team reviews your documents; once you're approved, delivery jobs appear in your dashboard.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join. You keep 90% of each delivery fee and AgroCourt keeps 10%. Read the full partner agreement any time from your dashboard.
How do I get delivery jobs?
Shopper orders appear in Jobs with the fee already paid by the customer; accept the ones that suit you. For wholesale orders you place a bid, and the buyer chooses.
When do I get paid?
The moment you enter the customer's delivery PIN, your 90% goes to your balance. It's sent to your bank every evening at 9 PM, free, or you can withdraw instantly for ₦50.
Is my information secure?
Payments are handled by our payment provider, QorePay, and AgroCourt never sees your bank login. Withdrawals go only to the bank account on your profile and need a one-time code sent to you.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new password.
Where does AgroCourt deliver?
Anywhere a farm and a delivery partner can reach, and more areas open as farms and partners join. Highly perishable produce can only be ordered from farms within 50 miles of you.
