Questions and answers
How do I create a farmer account?
Tap "Get Started", choose Farmer and complete your profile with your farm location, phone number and bank details. Then read and sign the farmer agreement. Signing up is free.
How do I list my products?
From your dashboard, go to Products and tap "Add product". Add the name, category, photos, price per unit, the quantity you have and when it was harvested. Your listing goes live straight away.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing is free, with no subscriptions. When you sell, AgroCourt keeps 15% of the price of your items and you keep 85%. You don't pay for delivery; the buyer does.
How long do I have to accept an order?
15 minutes between 7 AM and 8 PM (Lagos time). Orders paid overnight must be accepted by 7:15 AM. Turn on auto-accept and every paid order is accepted for you. If you decline or the time runs out, the order is cancelled and the buyer gets their money back as store credit.
When and how do I get paid?
Your share is held while the order is on its way and clears 2 hours after delivery. Your balance goes to your bank every evening at 9 PM, free, or you can withdraw instantly any time for ₦50. To be paid the moment an order is delivered, use "Get paid now" for 1% (at most ₦3,000).
What happens if a buyer reports a problem?
Buyers have 2 hours after delivery to report spoiled, short or wrong items, with photos. While a report is open, your share for that order is held. If AgroCourt approves a refund, it comes from your share for that order; damage in transit is charged to the rider instead.
